Privacy Notice

Consorcio de Litigio Especializado V&M, S.C. (hereinafter, CLE Legal), as the entity responsible for the processing of personal data, with registered office at Montecito No. 38, 27th Floor, Offices 14 and 15, Colonia Nápoles, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03810, Mexico City, hereby makes available this Privacy Notice in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) and its Regulations.
Purpose of the Privacy Notice
The personal data provided by our clients, collaborators, job applicants, suppliers, and third parties with whom the Firm has entered into, or is about to enter into, a contractual relationship shall be collected and processed for the following purposes: i) To provide legal services; ii) To contact clients who have requested legal services; iii) To monitor and maintain the legal relationship between the Firm and its clients or service requesters; iv) To manage the legal services contracted; v) To process job applications; vi) For invoicing purposes; vii) To address inquiries; viii) For collection of fees for services rendered; ix) To send informational notices; and x) To send invitations to events organized by the Firm.

To achieve the purposes described above, CLE Legal may collect the following personal data, among others:
  • Identification, contact, and authentication data: full name, residential address, date of birth, CURP, RFC, telephone numbers, email address, image, and voice recorded via electronic means including videoconferencing, telepresence, video calls, and online seminars.
  • Academic data: educational background, degrees, professional license numbers, specialties, certificates.
  • Employment data: position, workplace address, email, telephone number.
  • Billing data: billing entity, fiscal address, RFC.
  • Financial data: bank account information, payment methods.
  • Social media interaction data: usernames and contact names for individuals interacting with the Firm via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter; profile images may be viewed but not stored or otherwise used.
For security purposes, individuals may be video-recorded within the Firm’s premises and its immediate perimeter. Sessions may be recorded for subsequent consultation only when necessary or expressly requested by the client.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be collected in person or remotely, by any electronic, optical, sound, or visual means; via the Firm’s websites (https://www.consorciodelitigio.com and/or https://www.clelegal.com); or through other technologies, business cards, and job applications submitted to the Firm.

All personal data shall be treated as confidential and retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the data subject’s relationship with the Firm. Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties without the data subject’s consent. Sensitive data shall only be requested when strictly necessary for the provision of services.
CONSENT
By providing personal data either remotely or in person, the data subject acknowledges having read and accepted this Privacy Notice, understanding the purposes for which their personal data will be collected and processed.
DATA TRANSFERS
CLE Legal may transfer personal data to domestic and foreign entities without requiring consent in the following cases:
  • When required by competent authorities under applicable law, including for judicial or administrative investigations or proceedings;
  • To affiliated or subsidiary companies of CLE Legal, in order to enable them to contact the data subject for the promotion or offering of products or services, either jointly with CLE Legal or independently. These entities operate under privacy policies in compliance with applicable legislation;
  • When legally mandated by applicable law.
EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS

Data subjects may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) by submitting a written request via email to informes@clelegal.com. Requests must include:

  • Name of the data subject, address, or other contact for response;
  • Identification of the data subject or legal representative;
  • Clear description of the personal data subject to the request;
  • Any supporting documents to facilitate data location;
  • Handwritten or electronic signature.
All documents must be scanned and attached to the email. CLE Legal will provide a response within twenty (20) days from receipt of the request, and, where applicable, execute the requested action within fifteen (15) days following notification.
USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The Firm’s website automatically collects certain non-personal information for internal purposes such as improving navigation, user experience, and statistical analysis.

  • Cookies are text files stored on the user’s device that remember preferences, login information, and display settings;
  • Web Beacons are images embedded in web pages or emails to monitor visitor behavior, including IP address, interaction time, and browser type.


Cookies and Web Beacons allow the Firm to tailor web content or advertisements according to user preferences. Users may disable, block, or delete Cookies through their browser settings.
