To achieve the purposes described above, CLE Legal may collect the following personal data, among others:
- Identification, contact, and authentication data: full name, residential address, date of birth, CURP, RFC, telephone numbers, email address, image, and voice recorded via electronic means including videoconferencing, telepresence, video calls, and online seminars.
- Academic data: educational background, degrees, professional license numbers, specialties, certificates.
- Employment data: position, workplace address, email, telephone number.
- Billing data: billing entity, fiscal address, RFC.
- Financial data: bank account information, payment methods.
- Social media interaction data: usernames and contact names for individuals interacting with the Firm via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter; profile images may be viewed but not stored or otherwise used.
Personal data may be collected in person or remotely, by any electronic, optical, sound, or visual means; via the Firm’s websites (https://www.consorciodelitigio.com and/or https://www.clelegal.com); or through other technologies, business cards, and job applications submitted to the Firm.
- When required by competent authorities under applicable law, including for judicial or administrative investigations or proceedings;
- To affiliated or subsidiary companies of CLE Legal, in order to enable them to contact the data subject for the promotion or offering of products or services, either jointly with CLE Legal or independently. These entities operate under privacy policies in compliance with applicable legislation;
- When legally mandated by applicable law.
Data subjects may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) by submitting a written request via email to informes@clelegal.com. Requests must include:
- Name of the data subject, address, or other contact for response;
- Identification of the data subject or legal representative;
- Clear description of the personal data subject to the request;
- Any supporting documents to facilitate data location;
- Handwritten or electronic signature.
The Firm’s website automatically collects certain non-personal information for internal purposes such as improving navigation, user experience, and statistical analysis.
- Cookies are text files stored on the user’s device that remember preferences, login information, and display settings;
- Web Beacons are images embedded in web pages or emails to monitor visitor behavior, including IP address, interaction time, and browser type.
Cookies and Web Beacons allow the Firm to tailor web content or advertisements according to user preferences. Users may disable, block, or delete Cookies through their browser settings.
